It's all about you.
SDA Care Support Coordinators are independent NDIS experts, here to maximise your plan. We exist to provide you with the support you need to achieve your specific goals.
Our sole purpose is to ensure you thrive. No competing agendas, no conflicting priorities.
At SDA Care, it’s all about you.
We listen.
We’re on your side.
We know how important it is to you to get things moving, that’s why we guarantee that we’ll contact you within 24 hours once we receive your enquiry. Efficiency and speed are important to us too.
What we’ll never rush is the process of getting to know you. We’ll set up a time to meet in a place where you’re most comfortable and take the time to listen and learn about you. Your needs, your strengths, your dreams. Then, we’ll work out exactly how you can get the most out of your NDIS plan. This means working through your plan together and answering any questions you may have.

Working together to help you thrive.
It’s all about getting started on a strategy to help you thrive. We’ll work together while being guided by you, your family or anyone else in your support network.
Developing your Action Plan is the first step in our ongoing agreement about the work we’ll do to achieve your goals and keep track of your progress (our favourite word!). We know that sometimes it can feel overwhelming, which is why we’re here.
